
Ingredients
2 | pounds ground pork |
2 | eggs, lightly beaten |
½ | cup milk |
2 | tablespoons Dijon mustard |
1 | tablespoon Worcestershire sauce |
¾ | cup fine dry breadcrumbs |
¼ | cup chopped fresh Italian parsley |
Pinch salt | |
½ | teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
10 | slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Bacon |
Ketchup, if desired |
Directions
Heat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In large bowl, combine pork, eggs, milk, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined.
Place on baking sheet. Shape into log shape approximately 10 x 3-inches. Wrap each bacon slice around meatloaf. Bake, seam side down 55 to 60 minutes or until bacon is cooked and internal temperature of meatloaf is 160°F.
Cover and let stand 10 minutes. Cut into 1-inch thick slices to serve. Serve with ketchup, if desired.
