Ingredients
2 | everything bagels, split |
1 | tablespoon butter, melted |
2 | eggs |
2 | slices cheddar cheese |
Salt and pepper, to taste | |
4 | slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Fully Cooked Bacon |
1 | tablespoon chopped green onion |
Directions
Heat oven to 400°F.
Using a 2-inch round cutter, cut out center of tops of bagels. Brush cut sides of bagels with melted butter. Arrange bagel halves cut side down on baking sheet. Bake 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly toasted.
Flip bagel bottoms over, cover each with 1 slice cheese. Crack 1 egg into each bagel top. Bake 5 to 8 minutes, or until cheese is melted and eggs are set. Add bacon slices to baking sheet during last 2 minutes of baking to warm. Season eggs with salt and pepper. Sandwich bagels together. Garnish with green onions.
