2 tablespoons sriracha mayonnaise
2 large slices crusty bread, toasted if desired
Arugula leaves
6 slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Bacon, cooked according to package instructions
2 poached eggs
Crushed red pepper, if desired

Directions

  1. Spread mayonnaise on bread slices. Top each bread slice with arugula, bacon and egg. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper, if desired.
