
Ingredients
1 | pound Brussels sprouts, ends trimmed |
1 | tablespoon olive oil |
½ | teaspoon kosher salt |
¼ | teaspoon freshly ground pepper |
2 | tablespoons HORMEL® Bacon Pieces |
Directions
Heat oven to 400°F.
In large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with oil, salt and pepper.
Place on a baking sheet and bake 35 to 40 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with bacon bits.
