Ingredients

 
4 HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Canadian bacon slices, sliced
2 slices thick white bread, toasted
4 ounces sliced deli roasted turkey
4 tomato slices
½ cup Alfredo sauce
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Heat oven to broil.

  2. In medium skillet over medium heat, cook Canadian bacon slices 2 to 3 minutes or until browned; set aside.

  3. Place bread slices in an oven-proof dish or on baking sheet. Top each bread slice with turkey and tomato slices. In small bowl, stir together Alfredo sauce and Parmesan cheese. Spread cheese mixture over tomato slices.

  4. Place under broiler, 3 inches from heat source 2 to 3 minutes or until bubbly. Top with Canadian bacon slices.
