Ingredients
1 | cup shredded white cheddar cheese |
1 | cup shredded fresh Parmesan cheese |
3 | jalapeños, thinly sliced, remove seeds if desired |
1 | package HORMEL® Bacon Pieces |
Directions
Heat oven to 375°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
In small bowl, combine both cheeses. Place 3 tablespoons of cheese mixture on baking sheets, about 2 inches apart. Carefully spread cheese to make 3-inch circles.
Top with 2 to 3 slices of jalapeño. Sprinkle with bacon. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand on baking sheets 5 minutes until cool before carefully moving to wire rack. Repeat with remaining cheese mixture, jalapeño slices and bacon.
