2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup milk
2 tablespoons butter, divided
8 slices brioche bread
1 (12-ounce) package HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® CINNAMON TOAST CRUNCH™ Flavored Thick Cut Bacon, prepared according to package instructions.

Directions

  1. In shallow dish, whisk egg, vanilla and cinnamon. Stir in milk.

  2. Dip bread slices in egg mixture, turning to coat evenly on both sides.

  3. In large nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Cook 4 bread slices 1 to 2 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and browned. Repeat with remaining butter and bread slices.

  4. Serve with bacon.
