2 | tablespoons Dijon mustard |
⅓ | cup brown sugar |
Directions
Heat oven to 400°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil.
Roll up bacon slices and place on prepared baking sheet. Brush each bacon roll top with Dijon and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake rolls 25 to 30 minutes, or until crispy. Remove from baking sheet.
