½ | cup crema |
Zest of 1 lime | |
1 | (15-ounce) can HORMEL® Chili Hot with Beans, heated |
1 | cup queso, heated |
1 | cup fresh Pico de Gallo |
½ | cup pickled red onions |
1 | jalapeno, sliced |
1 | tablespoon chopped cilantro |
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F. Place chicharrónes on large rimmed baking sheet. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until warmed.
In small bowl, combine crema and lime zest. Transfer mixture to small zip top bag.
Top warmed chicharrónes with queso, chili, Pico de Gallo, pickled red onions and jalapeno slices.
Snip a small corner from zip top bag with crema mixture. Drizzle over top of nachos; garnish with cilantro.
