Directions
For the Chili Beer Cheese Sauce
In medium saucepan over medium heat, pour beer. Simmer 2 to 3 minutes. Add chili, cream cheese and shredded cheese.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring, until combined and smooth.
For the Chili Beer Cheese Bacon Brat
Cook bacon until slightly cooked but not crispy. Wrap bacon tightly around brats, tucking in ends.
Heat grill to 350°F. Spray grill with non-stick cooking spray. Place bacon wrapped brats on grill and cook 5 to 7 minutes each side or until bacon is fully cooked and crisped.
