Coleslaw
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 (16-ounce) bag coleslaw mix
Sandwich
4 cups frozen French-fried potatoes
1 tablespoon oil
½ onion, chopped
2 (15-ounce) cans HORMEL® Chili, No Beans
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
8 kielbasa links, grilled
8 hoagie rolls
1 cup HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® bacon pieces

Directions

For the Coleslaw

  1. In large bowl, combine Coleslaw ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate.

For the Sandwich

  1. Cook potatoes according to package directions.

  2. In medium saucepan over medium heat, heat oil. Add onions; cook 5 minutes or until translucent. Add chili, salt and pepper; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through.

  3. Serve links in hoagie rolls topped with chili mixture, French fries, coleslaw and bacon crumbles.
