1 | (11-ounce) bag tortilla chips |
1 | (15-ounce) can HORMEL® Chili Hot With Beans |
1 | cup shredded pepper jack cheese |
1 | cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1 | cup grilled corn kernels |
1 | jalapeno pepper, sliced |
Suggested toppings: Sour cream, Pico de Gallo and guacamole |
Directions
Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium heat.
In large cast iron skillet, arrange the chips. Top with chili, cheeses and jalapeno slices. Place on grill. Cover. Grill 8 to 10 minutes, or until chili is hot and cheese is melted.
Remove from grill. Top and serve with suggested toppings.
