Ingredients
1 | pound pizza dough, divided into 2 balls, at room temperature |
1 | (15-ounce) can HORMEL® Chili no Beans |
2 | cups shredded mozzarella cheese |
Suggested toppings: Sliced fresh tomatoes, roasted corn, red onion slices, chopped green onion | |
Corn chips, if desired |
Directions
Heat oven to 450°F.
Stretch one dough ball on pizza pan. Top with ½ can of chili and 1 cup shredded mozzarella. Top with suggested toppings.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining ingredients to make 2 pizzas.
Serve pizzas topped with corn chips, if desired.
