Ingredients

Pizza Crust
2¼ teaspoons (1 package) instant dry active yeast
1 cup warm water
½ tablespoon sugar
3 cups bread flour, plus extra for rolling
2 tablespoons olive oil
1½ teaspoons salt
Toppings
4 slices HORMEL® CURE 81® Cherrywood Smoked Ham
1 tablespoon butter
½ russet potato, peeled, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon chili powder
½ cup shredded Cheddar
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup torn spinach
3 eggs
Cilantro, if desired

Directions

For the Pizza Crust

  1. Add yeast, water, sugar and ½ cup of flour into a mixing bowl; whisk well.

  2. Add olive oil, salt and 2 cups of flour to mixing bowl; mix well until dry. Knead on lightly floured surface for 10 minutes. Add more flour, a little at a time, until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.

  3. Brush inside of a large bowl with oil. Place ball of dough into bowl, turning so dough is lightly coated in oil. Cover with dish towel and let sit in a warm spot for 2 hours or until dough doubles in size.

  4. Once dough is finished rising, punch it down and place on lightly floured surface. Roll dough with rolling pin until it is ⅓-inch thick.

For the Toppings

  1. Cook potatoes by heating butter in skillet over medium heat. Add thinly sliced potatoes in an even layer. Sprinkle with salt to taste. Cook for 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Set aside.

  2. Heat oven to 450°F.

  3. Brush prepared pizza dough with 1 tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, dried basil, and chili powder. Top with ham, Cheddar, onion and spinach. Crack eggs on top. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is crisp. If eggs aren’t fully cooked, broil for up to 1 minute.

  4. Top with cilantro and serve.
