Ingredients
1½ | cups whipping cream |
2 | tablespoons Dijon mustard |
1 | (16-ounce) package potato gnocchi |
1 | (12-ounce) package HORMEL® CURE 81® Cubed Ham |
2 | cups chopped broccoli |
½ | cup grated Parmesan cheese |
Directions
In large ovenproof skillet, combine cream and mustard. Bring to a boil.
Cook over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
Add gnocchi, ham and broccoli. Cook 5 minutes. Sprinkle top with cheese.
Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
