8 | slices crusty bread, buttered |
stone ground mustard | |
8 | HORMEL® CURE 81® Classic Boneless Ham |
2 | cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese |
Pickles, to serve |
Directions
Heat broiler.
In large skillet, cook each bread slice, buttered-sides down, until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
Spread unbuttered sides of bread with mustard. Top with ham; sprinkle with cheese.
Broil 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve with pickles, if desired.
