Ingredients
1 | bag (32-ounce) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed |
4 | tablespoons butter, melted |
1 | teaspoon kosher salt |
½ | teaspoon freshly ground pepper |
½ | teaspoon garlic powder |
3 | cups HORMEL® CURE 81® Classic Boneless Ham, chopped |
8 | eggs, lightly beaten |
1 | cup milk |
2 | cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese |
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F.
In large bowl, combine hash browns and next 4 ingredients. Stir in ham until combined.
Spoon mixture into lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
In small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk and 2 cups cheese; pour mixture over hash browns.
Bake 45 minutes. Loosely cover with foil and bake 15 minutes more.
