Ingredients

 
2 cups chopped HORMEL® CURE 81® Boneless Ham
1 cup turkey salami, finely chopped
½ cup pepperoncini peppers, chopped
1 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
1 cup finely diced provolone cheese
¼ cup finely chopped red onion
2 teaspoons fresh oregano leaves, chopped
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 finely grated teaspoon lemon peel
1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  1. Combine ham and next 8 ingredients large bowl.

  2. Stir together mayonnaise, olive oil and lemon peel in small bowl.

  3. Toss ham mixture with mayonnaise mixture. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

  4. Serve with toasted baguette slices, in a bread bowl, if desired.
