A classic with a savory twist. Tender pork filet dry-rubbed with a delicious mix of rosemary, thyme, and basil.

How to Prep

Grill
  1. Preheat grill to medium heat (350°F).
  2. Remove pork from package and place directly on the grate of the grill.
  3. Grill pork to a minimum internal temperature of 155°–160°F (medium), turning occasionally.
  4. Let pork rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve an enjoy!

Always prepare meat from a thawed state.

Slowcooker
  1. Place pork in slow cooker on top of vegetables or other ingredients if desired. Cover.
    1. Cook on HIGH 1 to 1 ½ hours.
    2. Turn heat to LOW setting. Cook 5 to 6 hours.
  2. Remove pork from slow cooker.
  3. To serve, transfer pork to cutting board and carve crosswise into thick slices.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Remove pork from package and place on a shallow baking pan.
  3. Bake, uncovered, until the thickest portion of the pork reaches 155°–160°F (medium), approximately 45 minutes.
