Ingredients
1 | (32-ounce) package HORMEL® Pork Roast |
½ | cup barbeque sauce |
24 | small slider buns, split and toasted |
2 | cups prepared oil-and vinegar-based coleslaw |
Corn on the cob, if desired |
Directions
Prepare pork as package directs.
Drain any excess liquid from the pork. Using two forks, shred pork. Add barbeque sauce to the meat and stir until lightly coated.
Place meat on buns and top with coleslaw. If desired, serve with corn on the cob.
