Ingredients

 
1 HORMEL® Original Pork Loin Filet
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon ground thyme
¼ teaspoon dried rosemary
½ cup panko-style bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking dish.

  2. In small bowl, combine mustard, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Brush mustard mixture over pork loin. Press bread crumbs over top of pork.

  3. Place in baking dish and bake 30 to 45 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145°. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
