Garlic and Ginger Glazed Sticky Pork is perfect for a satisfying weeknight meal or even impressing guests at a dinner party. Ingredients

 
½ cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 package HORMEL® Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin, cut into strips
2 tablespoons canola
5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
4 green onions, cut into 1-inch slices
Cooked white rice

Directions

  1. In small bowl, whisk together honey and next 3 ingredients. Set aside.

  2. In large heavy-bottomed skillet, over medium high heat, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Add ½ pork, cooking 5 to 7 minutes, or until browned. Remove with slotted spoon. Repeat with remaining pork.

  3. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil, add garlic, ginger and green onion, and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add honey mixture, bring to a boil and cook until slightly thickened. Stir in pork, tossing to coat. Serve over rice.
