Ingredients
1 | HORMEL® Original Pork Loin Filet |
2 | tablespoons lemon juice |
2 | tablespoons mild olive oil |
2 | tablespoons HERB-OX® Chicken Granulated Bouillon |
1 | teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary |
1 | teaspoon chopped fresh thyme |
½ | teaspoon chopped fresh sage |
¼ | teaspoon chopped fresh sage |
Directions
Brush pork with lemon juice.
In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Rub mixture over pork. Arrange pork in baking dish. Cover; refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Prepare grill for medium heat.
Grill pork 12 to 15 minutes or until internal temperature of pork reaches 155°F to 160°F. Pair with a side salad or your favorite grilled vegetables.
