½ | cup soy sauce |
½ | cup Thai sweet chili sauce |
¼ | cup water |
3 | tablespoons cornstarch |
3 | tablespoons hoisin sauce |
2 | tablespoons toasted sesame oil |
2 | tablespoons oil, divided |
1 | (24-ounce) package HORMEL® Sweet Garlic Ginger Mongolian Inspired Pork Loin Filet, sliced into thin pieces |
1 | red bell pepper, diced |
1 | green bell pepper, diced |
1 | medium onion, diced |
8 | ounces mushrooms, sliced |
1 | tablespoon grated fresh ginger |
4 | cloves garlic, minced |
Cooked rice noodles or rice, for serving |
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together broth, soy sauce, chili sauce, water, cornstarch, hoisin sauce and sesame oil.
In large skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Add pork. Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes, or until cooked through. Transfer pork to a plate.
To same skillet, add remaining oil. Add red and green peppers, onion and mushrooms. Stir fry 1 to 2 minutes, or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in ginger and garlic. Stir-fry 30 seconds.
Stir in broth mixture and reserved pork. Simmer together 2 to 3 minutes, or until the sauce is slightly thickened and stir fry is heated through.
Serve over cooked noodles.
