½ | cup vegetable oil |
Zest and juice of 1 orange | |
2 | cloves garlic, chopped |
1½ | teaspoons oregano |
1½ | teaspoons cumin |
1½ | teaspoons chili powder |
1½ | teaspoons salt |
1 | teaspoon black pepper |
Flour or corn tortillas | |

Directions
Cut pork into 3-inch chunks. Place pork in 6-quart multicooker. In small bowl, combine oil, zest and juice of orange, garlic, oregano, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over pork. Cover; pressure cook on HIGH pressure 30 minutes. Quick release pressure; let stand 10 minutes.
Remove lid. Using 2 forks, shred pork into bite-size pieces. Transfer shredded pork and juices to a 9×13 baking pan.
Heat broiler to HIGH. Broil 5 to 6 minutes or until pork begins to brown and crisp.
Serve pork in tortillas with taco sauce and suggested toppings.
