1 (1.5-pound) HORMEL® Lemon Garlic Pork Loin Filet
4 hoagie buns, split and toasted
3 tomatoes, sliced
½ red onion, thinly sliced
8 slices Swiss cheese
Garden salad

Directions

  1. Cook pork according to package directions. Cover; let stand 10 minutes. Cut into thin slices.

  2. Layer tomatoes, onion and sliced pork and Swiss cheese on each bun. Serve with salad if desired.
