1 (1.5-pound) HORMEL® Original Pork Tenderloin
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 carrots, peeled and coarsely chopped
2 parsnips, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
2 cloves garlic, sliced
8 baby potatoes, quartered
8 fresh sage leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Directions

  1. Rub pork with brown sugar and next 5 ingredients. Place carrots and next 5 ingredients in a 5-quart slow cooker. Place pork over vegetables, cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
