Ingredients
1 | package HORMEL® Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin |
6 | cups Napa cabbage, thinly sliced |
3 | green onions, sliced |
½ | English cucumber, sliced |
1 | red bell pepper, thinly sliced |
1 | cup mint leaves |
¼ | cup HOUSE OF TSANG® ginger flavored soy sauce |
¼ | cup olive oil |
2 | tablespoons light brown sugar |
4 | garlic cloves, minced |
Juice and zest of 2 limes | |
Garnish: chopped cashews |
Directions
Grill pork on stovetop grill, over medium heat, turning occasionally, 10 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 145°.
Loosely cover with aluminum foil and let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
In large bowl, toss together Napa cabbage and next 4 ingredients.
In small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and next 4 ingredients. Place pork slices over salad and drizzle with desired amount of dressing. Garnish with chopped cashews, if desired.
