Ingredients

 
1 package HORMEL® Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin
6 cups Napa cabbage, thinly sliced
3 green onions, sliced
½ English cucumber, sliced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup mint leaves
¼ cup HOUSE OF TSANG® ginger flavored soy sauce
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
4 garlic cloves, minced
Juice and zest of 2 limes
Garnish: chopped cashews

Directions

  1. Grill pork on stovetop grill, over medium heat, turning occasionally, 10 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 145°.

  2. Loosely cover with aluminum foil and let stand 15 minutes before slicing.

  3. In large bowl, toss together Napa cabbage and next 4 ingredients.

  4. In small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and next 4 ingredients. Place pork slices over salad and drizzle with desired amount of dressing. Garnish with chopped cashews, if desired.
