Ingredients
1 | tablespoon canola oil |
1 | (14-ounce) can HORMEL® MARY KITCHEN® Corned Beef Hash |
6 | corn tostadas |
6 | large eggs |
Freshly ground pepper to taste | |
1 | jar green chile sauce or salsa |
Directions
Heat large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and add hash. Stir occasionally until hash begins to brown.
Make six open spaces for eggs to be cooked and crack them in quickly one at a time. Sprinkle each with salt and freshly ground pepper. Reduce heat to low and cover pan. Cook eggs for about 3 minutes for runny yolks, 4 minutes for hard yolks.
Remove eggs and hash and spoon over individual tostadas. Top with green chile sauce or salsa.
