5 cups frozen french-fried potatoes
2 (14-ounce) cans HORMEL® MARY KITCHEN® Corned Beef Hash
1 cup cheese curds
1 cup beef gravy, heated

Directions

  1. Prepare french-fried potatoes according to package directions.

  2. In cast-iron skillet, heat corned beef hash 5 to 7 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from skillet

  3. In same skillet, place prepared french-fried potatoes. Top with browned hash and cheese curds.

  4. Place under broiler, 3 inches from heat source and broil 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned. Top with gravy.
