Ingredients
1 | (6-ounce) package HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Rotisserie Seasoned Deli Chicken Breast, chopped |
¼ | cup cayenne pepper sauce |
1 | cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese |
¼ | cup diced green onions |
4 | (12-inch) flour tortillas |
2 | tablespoons butter, divided |
Blue cheese dressing and additional cayenne pepper sauce for serving, if desired |
Directions
In bowl, combine chicken and pepper sauce.
On 2 tortillas, layer chicken mixture, cheese, and green onions, dividing evenly. Top each with second tortilla.
In large skillet, over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Cook 1 quesadilla 3 to 5 minutes, turning once, until toasted and cheese melts. Repeat with remaining butter and quesadilla. Cut into quarters to serve. Serve with blue cheese dressing and additional cayenne pepper sauce, if desired.
