1 loaf (16-ounce) unsliced French bread
½ cup balsamic vinaigrette
4 cups baby spinach leaves
1 (8-ounce) package HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Smoked Deli Ham
1 (8-ounce) package HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Oven Roasted Deli Turkey
4 hard-boiled large eggs, finely chopped
8 strips HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Uncured Fully Cooked Bacon, chopped
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
1 cup chopped Roma tomatoes

Directions

  1. Cut bread loaf in half lengthwise; hollow out top and bottom, leaving a ¾-inch shell. Brush vinaigrette over loaf halves. Layer spinach, ham, turkey, eggs, bacon, cheese and tomatoes on bread bottom. Replace top. Cut loaf into serving sized portions.
