Ingredients
2 | tablespoons butter |
1 | onion, chopped |
2 | cloves garlic, minced |
1 | (8-ounce) package HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Deli Ham, chopped |
½ | teaspoon dried thyme leaves |
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste | |
¾ | cup water |
½ | cup chicken broth |
1 | (17.5-ounce) package potato gnocchi |
1 | fluid ounce frozen peas, thawed |
1 | cup shredded Swiss cheese |
¼ | cup heavy cream |
Directions
In large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion and garlic; cook 3 minutes or until softened.
Add ham, thyme, salt and pepper. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until ham is lightly browned.
Add water and chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Add gnocchi, stir well, cover and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until gnocchi are tender. Stir in peas, cheese and cream.
