1 | (12-ounce) loaf Italian multigrain bread, sliced in half lengthwise |
½ | (8-ounce) package HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Smoked Deli Ham |
⅜ | (6-ounce) package HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Uncured Hard Salami |
½ | (6-ounce) package HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Uncured Sandwich Pepperoni |
4 | pounds sliced provolone cheese |
1 | tomato, sliced |
¼ | teaspoon Italian seasoning |
Salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions
For the Dressing
In small bowl, combine Dressing ingredients. Set aside.
For the Salad
In another bowl, place salad ingredients.
For the Sandwich
Heat oven to 400°F. Hollow out middles of bread slices leaving 1-inch border of bread around each slice. Place bread slices on sheet pan. Layer sliced cheese on one half of the hollowed bread. Layer ham, salami and pepperoni on other half.
Bake 5 to 6 minutes, or until cheese melts and bread is toasted. Remove from oven.
Layer tomato slices on top of meat. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
Combine Dressing and salad ingredients. Add salad mixture to top of cheese slices.
Close sandwich by placing one side on top of the other. Press down to seal. Slice into serving sized pieces.
