Directions
Lightly spread each bread slice with mustard. Layer 2 bread slices with cheese, ham, pear, and arugula. Sandwich together. Spread outsides of sandwiches with butter.
In large skillet over medium heat cook sandwiches for 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese has melted and bread is golden brown.
