This delightful salad brings together the crisp freshness of asparagus, the nutty crunch of toasted walnuts, and the savory richness of smoked deli ham. 3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1 pound asparagus, trimmed, sliced thinly on the bias and blanched
1 ounce shaved Pecorino Romano
¼ cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
¼ cup fresh parsley leaves
½ (8-ounce) package HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Smoked Deli Ham, slices cut in half

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together oil and vinegar; season with salt and pepper. Add asparagus, cheese, walnuts, parsley and ham to bowl. Toss to coat with dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
