4 whole wheat pita bread breads (6 inches)
½ cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
24 slices HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Pepperoni
Suggested toppings: sliced fresh mushrooms, chopped green bell pepper, and black or green olives.

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Place pita breads on a baking sheet.

  2. Top each pita with 2 tablespoons pizza sauce, one-fourth of cheese, additional toppings as desired and pepperoni.

  3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until crust is browned and cheese is melted.
