Directions
For the Vinaigrette
In small bowl whisk together Vinaigrette ingredients.
For the Salad
In large bowl, combine kale, quinoa, bell peppers, sundried tomatoes and red onion.
Pour vinaigrette over salad. Toss to coat.
Top salad with smoked turkey.
