8 hash brown patties
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons chopped banana peppers
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 (5-ounce) package HORMEL® Diced Pepperoni

Directions

    1. In air fryer or oven heated to 400°F, crisp hash brown patties according to package instructions.
    2. In bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheeses, banana peppers and Italian seasoning.
    3. Spread 2 tablespoons cream cheese mixture on top of crisped hash browns. Top each with diced pepperoni.
    4. Air fry or bake an additional 4 to 8 minutes, or until cheese is melted and pepperoni is crispy.
