Ingredients

4 servings
 
8 tostada shells
1 cup refried beans, warmed
½ cup LA VICTORIA® Red Enchilada Sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup HORMEL® Jalapeno Pepperoni slices
Sour cream
Pico de Gallo

Directions

    1. Heat broiler to HIGH.
    2. On sheet pan, place 4 tostadas. Spread each with ¼ cup refried beans. Place second tostada on top of beans.
    3. Spread top of each stack with 2 tablespoons enchilada sauce. Top each with cheese and pepperoni slices. Broil 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melted and pepperoni is crisped. Top each with sour cream and Pico de Gallo.
