1 | cup refried beans, warmed |
½ | cup LA VICTORIA® Red Enchilada Sauce |
1 | cup shredded cheddar cheese |
½ | cup HORMEL® Jalapeno Pepperoni slices |

Directions
- Heat broiler to HIGH.
- On sheet pan, place 4 tostadas. Spread each with ¼ cup refried beans. Place second tostada on top of beans.
- Spread top of each stack with 2 tablespoons enchilada sauce. Top each with cheese and pepperoni slices. Broil 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melted and pepperoni is crisped. Top each with sour cream and Pico de Gallo.
