24 slices HORMEL® Sliced Chorizo
1 (12-ounce) baguette, sliced into ½-inch slices
¼ cup olive oil
½ cup softened goat cheese
½ cup halved grape tomatoes
Chopped cilantro

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.

  2. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Place chorizo slices on prepared sheet. Bake 6 to 7 minutes or until crisped. Remove to paper towel lined plate.

  3. Brush baguette slices with olive oil. Bake 8 minutes or until lightly toasted. Spread each slice with cheese. Top with grape tomato halves, crisped chorizo and cilantro.
