8 ounces pizza dough, at room temperature
¼ cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
HORMEL® Pepperoni slices
Assorted red, yellow and orange pepper slices and pieces for feathers, beak, feet and wattle
1 chopped black olive for eyes

Directions

  1. Heat pizza stone in oven to 500°F.

  2. Roll or stretch dough to 12-inch round; transfer to pizza peel. Spread with sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Using pepperoni slices, create a turkey body and face. Use pepperoni slices to create feather rows. Decorate with pepper slices and pieces.

  3. Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until crust is lightly browned and cheese is bubbly.
