Pan Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen store-bought pizza dough, thawed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Desired sauce, HORMEL® pepperoni product and toppings

Directions

  1. Heat to 475°F. Place a 12-inch cast-iron skillet in the oven to preheat for 10 minutes.
  2. Roll or stretch dough into a 14-inch circle. Carefully remove skillet from the oven. Drizzle two thirds of the olive oil into the skillet, then carefully transfer the dough to the skillet, pressing the dough up edges of pan.
  3. Spread sauce and toppings over dough. Brush dough edges with the remaining olive oil. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Transfer to a cutting board. Cut into slices and serve.
