1 | (12-ounce) baguette, sliced into ½-inch slices |
¼ | cup olive oil |
½ | cup shredded cheddar cheese |
½ | cup black bean salsa |
Chopped cilantro |
Directions
Heat oven to 375°F.
Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Place chorizo slices on prepared sheet. Bake 6 to 7 minutes or until crisped. Remove to paper towel lined plate.
Brush baguette slices with olive oil. Bake 8 minutes or until lightly toasted. Sprinkle each slice with a small amount of cheese. Bake 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top each slice with salsa, crisped chorizo and cilantro.
