24 slices HORMEL® Sliced Chorizo
1 (12-ounce) baguette, sliced into ½-inch slices
¼ cup olive oil
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup black bean salsa
Chopped cilantro

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.

  2. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Place chorizo slices on prepared sheet. Bake 6 to 7 minutes or until crisped. Remove to paper towel lined plate.

  3. Brush baguette slices with olive oil. Bake 8 minutes or until lightly toasted. Sprinkle each slice with a small amount of cheese. Bake 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top each slice with salsa, crisped chorizo and cilantro.
