6 eggs
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 purchased naan flatbreads
½ cup cheddar flavored cheese dip
cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup HORMEL® Pepperoni Confetti
Italian seasoning, to taste
1 tablespoon chopped green onions, if desired

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In medium bowl, whisk together eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. In skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Pour in egg mixture. Using spatula, begin to pull eggs in from edges to middle of pan. Cook eggs to desired doneness.

  4. Place naan flatbreads on prepared baking sheet. Spread each with cheese dip. Top each with scrambled eggs. Sprinkle each with cheese. Top each with pepperoni.

  5. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and pepperoni is crisped. Remove from oven. Top with Italian seasoning and green onions, if desired.
