Ingredients
1 | pound penne pasta, cooked and drained |
1 | pound ground beef, cooked and drained |
1 | (24 to 26-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce |
30 | slices HORMEL® Pepperoni |
2 | cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided |
2 | pounds grated Parmesan cheese |
Fresh basil, if desired |
Directions
Heat oven to 375°F.
In large bowl, combine cooked pasta, cooked ground beef, spaghetti sauce, pepperoni, 1 cup shredded mozzarella and parmesan. Transfer mixture to 6 (8-ounce) ramekins. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly.
Garnish with fresh basil, if desired.
