These delightful appetizers feature garden spinach herb wraps spread with a creamy mixture of cream cheese, Italian cheese blend, sour cream, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Topped with vibrant yellow and orange peppers, earthy mushrooms, and zesty HORMEL® Turkey Pepperoni, these pinwheels are a burst of Mediterranean flavors in every bite.

Ingredients

35 pinwheels
 
5 (10-inch) garden spinach herb wraps
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup shredded Italian cheese blend
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
¼ cup sour cream
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ cup finely chopped yellow and orange peppers
½ cup finely chopped fresh mushrooms
1 (5-ounce) package HORMEL® Turkey Pepperoni

Directions

  1. In bowl, mix cream cheese until smooth. Add cheeses, sour cream, garlic and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.

  2. Divide cream cheese mixture between wraps; spreading to cover. Sprinkle with peppers and mushrooms. Layer with pepperoni.

  3. Roll each up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.

  4. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Slice each into 7 sections.
