Ingredients

¼ cup HORMEL® Jalapeno Pepperoni
1 egg
1 tablespoon shredded Mexican cheese blend
1 bolillo roll, split and toasted
3 tablespoons WHOLLY® Guacamole Spicy
Pickled jalapeno slices

Directions

    1. In skillet over medium-high heat cook pepperoni 2 to 4 minutes or until crisped. Remove from pan.
    2. In same skillet, fry egg to desired doneness. Top with cheese, allowing to melt.
    3. On roll bottom spread guacamole. Layer pickled jalapenos, crisped pepperoni and cheese covered egg. Sandwich together.
