¼ | cup HORMEL® Jalapeno Pepperoni |
1 | egg |
1 | tablespoon shredded Mexican cheese blend |
1 | bolillo roll, split and toasted |
3 | tablespoons WHOLLY® Guacamole Spicy |
Pickled jalapeno slices |
Directions
- In skillet over medium-high heat cook pepperoni 2 to 4 minutes or until crisped. Remove from pan.
- In same skillet, fry egg to desired doneness. Top with cheese, allowing to melt.
- On roll bottom spread guacamole. Layer pickled jalapenos, crisped pepperoni and cheese covered egg. Sandwich together.
