12 | eggs, hard boiled and cooled |
½ | cup mayonnaise |
1 | tablespoon ranch dressing |
½ | teaspoon garlic powder |
1 | (5-ounce) package HORMEL® Pepperoni Minis |
Directions
In sealable quart-sized container, combine 2 cups water, 1 tablespoon white vinegar and 1 teaspoon green gel food coloring. Repeat this step for blue gel food coloring.
Using back of spoon, carefully tap eggs all over to crack the shells. Dip 6 eggs in each colored water mixture. Let soak, in refrigerator at least 3 hours.
Remove eggs from dye; gently dry with paper towels. Peel.
Cut each egg in half and place yolks in bowl. Set egg white halves aside.
Use fork to break yolks apart. Add mayonnaise, ranch dressing and garlic powder. Stir to combine.
Spoon yolk mixture into each egg white half.
Top generously with HORMEL® Pepperoni Minis.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
