4 | ounces cream cheese, softened |
¼ | cup sour cream |
¼ | cup shredded cheddar cheese |
¼ | cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
2 | tablespoons chopped banana peppers |
2 | teaspoons Italian seasoning |
1 | (5-ounce) package HORMEL® Diced Pepperoni |
Directions
- In air fryer or oven heated to 400°F, crisp hash brown patties according to package instructions.
- In bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheeses, banana peppers and Italian seasoning.
- Spread 2 tablespoons cream cheese mixture on top of crisped hash browns. Top each with diced pepperoni.
- Air fry or bake an additional 4 to 8 minutes, or until cheese is melted and pepperoni is crispy.
